Residential 4-H Summer Camp is a fun, safe environment where youth participate in activities that foster the development of life skills. Camp promotes physical health, teaches independence, cultivates a sense of belonging, teaches responsibility, builds an affinity for nature and so much more! 

Carteret County 4-H is going to CAMP and we want YOU to join us! We will attend Residential 4-H Camp at Eastern 4-H Center, July 31 – August 5 with youth ages 8-14. Families are responsible for transportation. 

Thanks to a donation from Carteret County Farm Bureau, partial scholarships are being offered to 10 Carteret County youth. Families are responsible for $250 of the total cost. This amount covers one week of camp including a camp t-shirt and $15 to spend in the camp store. Total camp cost is $500.

Payment Timeline for Families 

$50 deposit – Due no later than Friday, January 21

$50 payment – Due Friday, February 18

$50 payment – Due Friday, March 18

$50 payment – Due Friday, April 15

$50 payment – Due Friday, May 20

  • Families can chose to pay the balance at any point.

To receive partial scholarship, youth must be registered in v2.4honline.com and agree to participating in a “Report Back” to Carteret County Farm Bureau at a board meeting. More information will be provided with camp packet.
