Description:

A quick reminder that Electric Congress registration is due April 15. However, that is a weekend date so receiving the information the week of April 16 is okay. The county registration package will include the delegate registration forms for the youth and adults and an updated copy of both the 4-H Enrollment form ( or media release) and Medical Release form for the youth delegates only.  Send all the information together by mail. The registration forms, youth delegate criteria and number of adults that can attend are posted on the Electric Program website (https://nc4h.ces.ncsu.edu/electric/). If you are delayed on getting updated forms for the youth let me know ahead of time, but mail all the forms together. This simplifies logistics on our end.

Also, register your county delegation online at the link below. Even if your hard copy registration forms are delayed, most counties should be able to register their delegation online by April 15th. Additional information about the event will follow in the coming weeks. Many of you are familiar with this process, but please let me know if you have questions. We look forward to seeing this group at UNC-Wilmington in July.
