Take the Stage at NC 4-H Congress 2026

2026 North Carolina 4-H Congress

July 20–24, 2026 - Raleigh, NC

This summer, 4-H Congress returns for an unforgettable week packed with activities, experiences and opportunities, making it one of the best yet!

As one of our program’s premier statewide events, Congress brings together 4-H members from across North Carolina for a week focused on leadership, recognition, and connection.

NC 4-H "Lights. Camera. Action." lockup with stylized film strips and 4-H emblem.

Congress is open to 4-H members ages 13–18 (as of January 1, 2026) who are fully registered in 4-H Online. Opportunities are also available for 'future delegates', which are middle school-aged members who are not yet old enough to attend as official delegates but want to see what Congress is all about by participating for part of the week.

Registration through 4-H Online will close June 26 at noon, though your county may have an earlier deadline. Eligibility and fees may also vary by county, so contact your local 4-H agent for specific details.

Throughout the week, participants take part in workshops and networking opportunities, along with traditions such as state officer elections, the Honor Club tapping ceremony and candlelighting ceremony.

Additional activities, such as hands to service projects, the talent showcase, and tours and experiences around Raleigh, help create a well-rounded Congress experience beyond workshops and sessions.

Trust me, this is a week that you don't want to miss.
