NOVEMBER FALL BBQ and NOVEMBER MEETING INFORMATION

Fall BBQ– Saturday, November 7, 2020, 5–8 p.m. at the Hickory Fairgrounds. We will eat at 4 p.m.

Setup on Friday, November 6, 4–5 p.m.

November business meeting –  Friday, November 6, 5–6 p.m. at the fairgrounds in the main building. No food will be served.

Fall BBQ information: Just an update if you have missed the last couple meetings. We are planning on a drive-thru only BBQ on Saturday, November 7, 5–8 p.m. or until we sell out. No pre-sale tickets. $12 cash at the door. Desserts $2. If you are able, please make or purchase a dessert and drop it off Friday night (if it does not have to be refrigerated) or bring on Saturday. Please share the Facebook post and put out signs starting Sunday, November 1.

We ask everyone to WEAR A MASK as many of our members are at higher risk of becoming ill. We will be requiring all members helping on Saturday to wear a mask and gloves if handling food or interacting with the public. We will have disposable masks and gloves on site. Please keep our members safe and stay home if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or you are exhibiting symptoms.

  • Bright, reflective clothing
  • Headlamps
  • Walkie-talkies
