Collapse ▲The Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food (STHAF) rule is part of the regulations introduced by the FDA after the passage of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) in 2011.

There is a certificate generated at the end. FDA does not maintain records of who completes this training. Make sure you print or save the certificate at the end. If you don’t print or save the certificate when you finish, you’ll have to repeat the training again to receive a new certificate.
This would be a good certificate to maintain a copy of in personnel training files or another easily accessible place.
