Anyone else (families and teams) interested in reserving the group cabins and executive lodge rooms, should contact Sara Phelps, slphelps@ncsu.edu at the Eastern 4-H Center. Please note that lodging requests will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation is not complete until the online payment is received. The registration deadline for all tournament lodging is August 8, 2022.
Please note that on Friday, August 26th, there will be NO late arrivals past 9:00 p.m. If anyone is planning on a late arrival, we recommend hotel reservations in Plymouth or Edenton, NC (and maybe even Williamston, if needed).
We need volunteers to help at the tournament. Please visit this link to sign up, if you are able to volunteer. It takes a lot of people to make this tournament work, so please help get the word out to 4-H volunteers, staff, etc that we will need help that day.

Rules
Check out the Eastern Regional Tournament Shooting Sports General Rules (conforms with State Tournament Rules)
Please complete the Federal Waiver 4-H Form (required Federal form for participation of youth in .22 pistol events)
*Coaches must ensure that they have a completed form for each youth participant in .22 pistol. You may edit to include your practice dates as well. If you already have a signed form, that will suffice.
Youth Handgun Safety Act Notice referenced on form. Each participant must have a completed 4-H Medical Information and Treatment Form on file with the coach at the tournament.
