Collapse ▲Since March 17, 2020, N.C. Cooperative Extension of Wake County has been apart of a dynamic team working to provide support around food security and relief to families in Wake County throughout COVID-19.
As of August 1, over 2.5 million meals have been served to families and children in Wake County.
Moving into the new school year, N.C. Cooperative Extension of Wake County is moving into phase II of our food security efforts by releasing a strategic plan around new strategies and opportunities. Read the strategic plan.
We are requesting letters of intent from community organizations who are interested in becoming involved in continuing food security work during COVID-19! Letters are due to Sydney Klein by August 14. Learn more about the letter requirements and submission information.
