The North Carolina 4-H Volunteer Leaders' Conference (VLC) is an annual event where 4-H Volunteers from across the state participate in interactive workshops, network, learn together, and elect and install new officers for the North Carolina 4-H Volunteer Leaders Association. 2026 Volunteer Leaders' Conference

The 2026 conference theme, “The Future is Bright in NC 4-H,” highlights the important role volunteers play in shaping positive experiences for youth across the state. The weekend provides time to learn, share ideas, and connect with fellow volunteers while celebrating the continued growth and impact of 4-H programs in North Carolina.

Any approved 4-H volunteer who is active and in good standing in 4-HOnline is eligible to attend the conference. Registration is required, and all participants must be fully approved prior to registering.
