In addition to maintaining consistent contact with clubs, it is important to maintain the club file. Accurate records are essential for ensuring accountability as well as documenting club growth. The Forms, Guidelines, and Procedures section is designed to be a ‘one-stop shop’ for many of the required forms and guidelines discussed throughout the clubs manual.

Below are quick links to commonly used documents for our 4-H club youth and volunteers. In addition we have created Club Packets, a compilation of forms that are designed to support your 4-H club orientations and trainings. Please note that you are welcome to add any additional forms you feel are appropriate.
