What Should I Bring to Camp

You will receive a camp-specific packing list when you register. Provided below is a sample packing list for your reference.


  • 2 single sheets and a blanket, or a sleeping bag
  • Pillowcases
  • 5 to 6 towels and washcloths
  • Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste & brush, deodorant, comb, or brush & hair dryer)
  • Swimsuit(s)
  • Play clothes
  • 2 pair of clothing that can get wet and dirty
  • 2 pair of long pants
  • 1 pair of comfortable closed-toe shoes
  • 1 pair of old shoes or "water" shoes
  • 1 pair of shower shoes or "flip-flops"
  • Rain gear or jacket
  • Flashlight and batteries
  • Insect repellant
  • Sunscreen

What NOT to bring:


  • Any electronics, computers, tablets, smart watches or cell phones
  • No expensive items, especially jewelry
  • No weapons or controlled substances of any kind

Optional:


  • disposable camera with your name in permanent ink
  • paper, pen, envelopes, and stamps for letters home
  • Spending Money*- Spending money can be used during your camp session to purchase snacks, souvenirs, T-shirts, etc. All money will be collected during camp registration.  A Store Card system will be used while you are at camp. Any money remaining at the end of the week will be returned to you.
