Program Overview

Clover Crew is a leadership development program for North Carolina 4-H youth ages 13 and older. The program is open to both general 4-H members and youth interested in running for district or state office.

Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and real-world leadership experiences, Clover Crew helps participants build skills that extend beyond 4-H while gaining a deeper understanding of how the NC 4-H State Council operates. Youth will explore different areas of their county, share insights with state officers, and learn how leadership is rooted in service, responsibility, and commitment.

For members interested in running for office, Clover Crew offers structured preparation in public speaking, meeting facilitation, role-specific responsibilities, and professional representation of NC 4-H. For general members, the program strengthens leadership fundamentals, involvement, and outreach.
