There are few tools as powerful as the camp experience to positively impact the lives of young people. Every year we raise funds to provide full and partial scholarships for youth to attend camp to ensure that the young people who need camp the most have the means to get there.

Full and partial camp scholarships are given to youth from vulnerable populations every summer to attend camp at the Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Center, the Eastern 4-H Center, and Millstone 4-H Camp. Youth are selected through a competitive application process. Applications for scholarships are submitted through your local county 4-H Agent annually from January to April. Contact your local county 4-H Agent if you are interested in applying.
