  3. Contact Daniel Collins, State Coordinator, to set up an interview time before November 13, 2020, via email: dpcollin@ncsu.edu
  4. Applicants will be interviewed by a panel using Zoom before their application is submitted to States' 4-H International Exchange on December 1, 2020.
