North Carolina 4-H offers opportunities for members and their families to become part of a growing tradition that includes leadership, cultural exploration, and fun! Through this 4-H Inbound exchange program provided through NC 4-H, families gain a wealth of knowledge, life-changing experiences, and shared memories that will last a lifetime!

This summer, 13 youth from Japan as well as one Chaperone who is a LABO Staff are spending 3 weeks with host families from all over the state learning about American Culture and North Carolina.  So far they have enjoyed many things including swimming, fairs, livestock, touring, cooking traditional meals, and spending quality time with their host families.

Next summer, you to can join in the fun and host an exchange student.  We have a partnership with Japan, Costa Rica, Korea, Taiwan, Norway, and Finland.
