North Carolina 4-H State and District 4-H Council Officers along with Agent Advisors gathered in Raleigh recently to review 4-H Congress, plan State 4-H Council Conference and participate in leadership workshops and experiences.  These youth were elected by their peers to serve in a leadership role and were installed as officers at NC 4-H Congress.  We look forward to their leadership this year across the state!
