Announcement:  The 2021 - 2022 State 4-H Officer Candidate Application and Guidelines have been published and are available on the State 4-H Council page.

Youth who have been 4-H members for three or more years are at least 16 years of age, and who have served as a District Officer are eligible to submit a candidate application.  Applications are due electronically via the guidelines posted on the State 4-H Council page no later than June 1, 2021 (*Extended Deadline).  Questions about the State 4-H Council and Candidate Applications can be emailed to Dr. Mitzi Downing at mitzi_downing@ncsu.edu.
